Coming from a family of bon vivants, I grew up exposed to a world of flavors and cuisines, fine wines I didn’t understand, and places unknown.
I knew I had a passion for it all but I was missing something. Over time, I realized that learning is part of the experience. How could I fully appreciate something without understanding it?
